Dining Moorea

Our dining room is facing the lagoon. It is in this “fare pote’e” that we serve a french cuisine with polynesian products which seems to have pleased many guests (visit our guest-book page).

The nearby fishermen supply us with local fish : tuna, sea bream, swordfish...

Corinne will patiently cook a seared tuna coated with sesame seeds, or a mahi-mahi fillet with its spices sauce and sweet mashed potatoes... Philippe will concoct desserts with tropical flavours : passion fruit pie or an assortment of ice-creams and tropical fruits.

Outside, a few steps away, our big table welcomes you for a continental breakfast, always served with fresh fruits and homemade pastry.

Before dinner, you can also appreciate an aperitif, the sunset or share out your activities of your day with the other guests.

Let the polynesian spices and perfumes surround you, while sitting by the sea near the coconut trees...
